What is your guest limit?
Our event center is indoor and outdoor, but the Club House capacity is 250, so you can invite up to 250 friends and family to your event!
Who will work my event? What will they do?
For every wedding and reception, our Venue Manager will be on-site for the entirety of the event. Additional Staff members can be brought on to help depending on the size of the event. We will be working with all of your vendors to ensure everything will run smoothly, as well as taking care of little details such as lighting candles, entry & exit assistance, and keeping your tables clean.
Do you have specific requirements for hosting at the Turf Club?
The Turf Club does require Event Insurance to be purchased for all weddings. This must include liquor liability if you plan to serve alcohol. We are more than happy to help you with setting it up!
Is there a way to get access before my event date?
If you are worried about having enough time to get everything set-up just how you want it, we offer a "Day-Before" add-on. This allows you to have access to the Turf Club the day prior to your wedding.
Is alcohol allowed at my event? What requirements are there?
We do allow alcohol at all of our events. It is required that you hire a TABC certified and insured bartender as well as security for your event. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us!
What do your wedding packages include?
Our Packages include the following:
Access to the Club House, Porch, Grounds and Parking Areas on the day of your event.
Bridal Suite and Man Cave access.
The full Turf Club equipment inventory for your event size.
Set-up/Tear-down of all Turf Club Decor, if rented.
One hour rehearsal dinner before 5:00 pm one week prior to your wedding.

What is your vendor policy?
At the Turf Club, we have an open vendor policy. This means that we are more than happy to work with your favorite vendors and do not have a set list for you to choose from. We do have a list of vendors we have worked with before if you are looking for some recommendations!
